Product details
Custom t-shirts are one of the easiest ways to get your brand, message or artwork in front of people — worn by staff, handed out at an event, pulled on by a team, or sold as merchandise. We decorate blank tees with your design and can supply the garments, or print onto shirts you already have.
Our main method for tees is DTF printing — a full-colour transfer pressed into the fabric. It reproduces detailed artwork, gradients and photographs with no limit on colours, sits soft on the garment, and works for a single shirt or several hundred. Screen printing (bold designs, large runs) and embroidery (a stitched finish for chest and sleeve logos) are also available on request.
Designs can be placed on the left or right chest, centre front, centre back, the sleeves or the back neck, and you can combine positions on the one order. From a single team run to an ongoing merchandise line, Grafica Express prints custom t-shirts in Sydney from our Marrickville studio.
Common applications
Where your design can go
The common print positions on a tee. The blue zones are the large all-over prints; the dots are logo-sized spots.
- 1Left hand chest — Logos, around 90 mm wide. The default for staff shirts and uniforms.
- 2Right hand chest — A second logo or a sponsor mark.
- 3Centre chest — A centred logo sitting high on the front.
- 4Full front — Large graphics, slogans and event artwork.
- 5Centre back — Below the collar — names, roles and small logos.
- 6Full back — The biggest area — bold artwork and sponsor logos.
- 7Left sleeve — Small logos, dates or hashtags.
- 8Right sleeve — Small logos, dates or hashtags.
- 9Bottom hem — A small print along the front or back hem.
- +Anything else — describe it and we'll sort the placement.
