This Privacy Policy explains how Grafica Express (ABN 89 235 920 841) collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you use our website, request a quotation, place an order or otherwise contact us.

“Grafica Express”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Grafica Express. “You” and “your” refer to the customer, website visitor or person contacting us.

As a small business, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) may not apply to us. We nevertheless handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles as a matter of good practice.

Information you provide directly, mainly through our quote and enquiry forms:

• your name and, if applicable, your business name;
• your email address and phone number;
• details of your project, including product, quantity, size, materials, finishing options, required date and delivery or collection preference;
• any description, notes, artwork files or reference images you upload or send us; and
• the page of our website you submitted your enquiry from.

Information collected automatically when you visit the website, through Google Analytics: the pages you view and how long you spend on them, your approximate location (city or region, derived from your internet connection), your device and browser type, and how you reached our site (for example, a Google search or a link from social media).

Information from other contact: if you email, call or message us, or use the chat assistant, WhatsApp or social media, we collect the information you provide in those conversations.

We do not collect or store payment card details through this website. Any payments are arranged separately, usually by invoice.

We use personal information to:

• respond to your enquiries and prepare quotations;
• process, produce and deliver your orders;
• communicate with you about your enquiry, quote or order;
• provide and improve our products, services and website; and
• meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

We may occasionally contact you about a current or recent enquiry or order. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and any marketing email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
