Product details
A branded cap is a piece of walking advertising — worn on site, handed out at an event, sold on a merch table or pulled on by a team every day. We print your logo or artwork onto blank headwear and can supply the caps, or decorate ones you already have.
We decorate caps with DTF printing — a full-colour transfer heat-pressed onto the panel. It reproduces detailed logos and gradients with no limit on colours and no minimum quantity, so it suits a single cap or a bulk run. DTF presses best on flat or soft front panels; we'll let you know if a structured style needs a different approach.
Designs can go on the front panel, either side, the back above the strap, or along the peak, and you can combine positions on the one order. From a five-a-side team to a full staff rollout, Grafica Express prints custom caps in Sydney from our Marrickville studio.
Common applications
Where your design can go
The common print positions on a cap. The blue zones are the large all-over prints; the dots are logo-sized spots.
- 1Front panel — The main spot — logos and wordmarks, around 100 mm wide.
- 2Left side — A small secondary logo on the left panel.
- 3Right side — A small secondary logo on the right panel.
- 4Back — Above the closure — a small logo or web address.
- 5Peak / brim — Along the top or the underside of the peak.
- 6Closure strap — A tiny mark on the adjuster at the back.
